Jovia Organic chocolates are produced with organic pure cocoa butter and organic cocoa beans, without using any chemical additives or preservatives, soy products, lecithin, palm oil or flavorings. Ready-made couverture is not used in our chocolates. It is produced from 100% Organic certified Single Peru Origin cocoa beans. All of our chocolates are produced in stone mills with a process that lasts for 48 hours without applying heat, and since no extra heat is applied, they contain all the vitamin values.
