Which pepper should be used?

For best results, please use black pepper with a diameter of 5 mm or less.

Black, white and green peppercorns can be ground in the Peugeot mill.

Colored pepper mixtures must contain at least 15% of the peppers listed above.

Coriander can also be ground using a pepper mill.
