The state of the Fragrant Grape before it ripens is called Koruk. The groves are carefully harvested by hand, washed, and brine is prepared with rock salt and drinking water. The groves are placed in glass jars and food-grade containers and hot pepper, garlic, bay leaf, sumac, mint, isot, red pepper flakes, and brine are added. The grapevines, which are naturally fermented by waiting for about 6 weeks, turn into a wonderful pickle. The grape pickles, which have full flavor and nutritional values, are filled into glass jars and made ready for shipment. They are made from raw fruit. No added sugar, vinegar or lemon. It is handmade and additive-free.
