• Organic Semolina,
• Organic Corn Flour
• Organic Carrots
• Organic Broccoli
• organic leek
• organic pumpkin
• organic paprika
• Organic whole wheat flour
• Organic strained yogurt
• organic mint
• organic onions
• Organic sourdough

Ingredients needed:

• 2 glasses of water
• 2 tablespoons of my vegetable soup
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil 

Preparation:

Mix the vegetable soup mixture with 2 glasses of water until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.

When it starts to boil, leave it 10 minutes on low heat and then serve.
