Gluten-Free and Sugar-Free Hazelnut Mulberry Paste - 1 kg

We boil water, mulberry molasses and date juice in our cauldrons, add raw buckwheat flour and cook it at low temperature for a while.

Our mixture, to which we add hazelnuts, is spread on industrial food cloths and dried in our ovens for 10 hours. After our fruit pulp rests for 1 day, it is separated from the cloth and made ready for sale.

Perfect for on-the-go snacking or as a pre- or post-workout energy boost due to its combination of carbohydrates and fats.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent melting or changes in texture. If necessary, refrigerate or freeze to extend shelf life.
