Honey Teriyaki Barbecue Sauce

This sauce is often used in Japan as an aromatic marinade or dip because it adds a nice flavor to your food and goes especially well with meat, chicken, fish, vegetables or tofu. In the production of this sauce, besides our naturally fermented soy sauce, exclusive ingredients such as ginger, garlic, wine and honey are used to give it a special flavor.
