What is Broccoli Powder and How is it Produced? 

Broccoli powder, fresh broccoli that we carefully collect from our contracted farmers, are dried completely without additives in our ovens in our production line and turned into powder.
To obtain 1 kg of dry powder broccoli from broccoli, which contains approximately 90% water, approximately 12 kg of fresh broccoli must go through the drying process.
The nutritional values of broccoli in its dried form, whose water evaporates during drying, are quite high, especially in terms of carbohydrates, vitamins, protein and fiber.
