What is Solgar Folate (Metafolin®)?

Solgar Folate (Metafolin®) is a form of folic acid. Folic acid is one of the B group vitamins and is naturally found in vegetables and fruits. Also, folic acid plays an important role in the normal growth and development of babies in pregnant women. Solgar Folate (Metafolin®) is the natural methyl form of folic acid and can be used more easily by the body. Excessive intake can cause health problems. How to Use Solgar Folate (Metafolin®)?

The Solgar Folate (Metafolin®) supplement can be taken daily using the recommended dosage. For adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime. Take with plenty of water. Capsules should be taken with meals and rinsed with a sufficient amount of water.
