What is Solgar Omega 3?

Solgar Omega 3 is a supplement containing unsaturated fatty acids. The most concentrated place in which it is found is fish oil. It has an effect on many events from cell development in the body to muscle movements. It contains 3 types of unsaturated fat. These are ALA, EPA, and DHA. ALA is a plant-derived Omega 3 fatty acid. SUPERB; It is found in green vegetables such as walnuts, flaxseed, soybeans. EPA and DHA are fatty acids derived from seafood. Oily fish and seafood such as sardines, anchovies, salmon and mackerel are abundant in EPA and DHA.

Usage Recommendation

• * Beneficial effect; It is provided by taking 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.
• ** In pregnant or lactating women, the beneficial effect is achieved when 200 mg of DHA is taken in addition to the adult recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids (eg 250 mg of DHA and EPA).
