Kars Belly Cheddar Cheese, produced with the knowledge passed on through generations, takes its flavor from the milk of the local breed animals fed naturally.

Curds obtained from fresh milk with shirdan yeast are first cooked with the traditional boiling method. After the white cheese is boiled, kneading is done by the masters. After kneading, just before pouring into the moulds, a piece of cheese called “cheddar belly” is cut off from the knotty part of the cheese. The packaged cheddar belly is now ready to come to your table with its palate-breaking flavor.
