Scented Grape Vinegar is produced by natural fermentation from scented grapes grown in season in the Black Sea Region, known as scented grapes, isabella, strawberry grapes, black grapes, medicine grapes, and harvested carefully and by hand. Fragrant Grapes are carefully harvested by hand, washed, filtered after 4 months of natural fermentation to form vinegar, and bottled in glass jars. No additives were used to accelerate the fermentation time. It was founded with only grapes and drinking water. It contains naturally occurring sugar, no added sugar.
