Toprak Doğal Corn flour 500g

Corn flour, one of the first ingredients that comes to mind when Black Sea food is mentioned, is made in Artvin. The unique taste of the famous corn of the region is the biggest factor that distinguishes Artvin Corn Flour from other flours.

The corn of the region is beaten in water mills. Cornmeal made with this method is much tastier. Harvested corn is dried in serenders (a special wood structure unique to the region), then ground in stone mills and turned into flour.
