Mulberry Pestil with Walnuts - 1kg

We boil water, mulberry molasses and some beet sugar in our cauldrons, add wheat flour and cook it at low temperature for a while. Our fruit pulps are laid on industrial food cloths and dried in our ovens for 8 hours. After resting for 1 day, they are separated from the cloth and made ready for sale.
