What is Solgar Quercetin Complex?

Solgar Quercetin Complex is a nutritional supplement containing quercetin, bromelain, rutin, rosehip, acerola extract and Ester-C. It contains a flavonoid called quercetin. Flavonoids are substances found in plants with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Quercetin is often used to reduce the symptoms of certain health problems such as upper respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections and prostate diseases. However, Solgar Quercetin Complex has no confirmed effects for these or other health problems and it is recommended to talk to your doctor before using this product.

Usage Suggestion: For adults, two (2) capsules daily, preferably at mealtime. Take with plenty of water.

Solgar Quercetin Complex is a product recommended to be used as a daily supplement. Dosage and method of use should be considered along with your age, state of health, and your other supplements.
