Toprak Doğal Carob molasses 300g

The fruits of the carob trees, which grow naturally in the Mediterranean climate and are abundant around Antalya, are collected by local producers in the season, taken to stone mills and ground. Then, the ground carob, which is kept in water for 8-12 hours, is filtered and boiled in special boilers until it thickens at high pressure and low temperature, and turns into Carob molasses.
