What is Raw Honey?

Raw honey is natural honey that is offered for consumption as it comes out of the hive. Since it is not heated to temperatures above 45° and is not filtered with filters smaller than 300 microns, its nutritional value is preserved in all its naturalness. It is rich in calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. In addition, carob contains a high level of phenolic substances and fiber.
