What is Royal Jelly?
Royal jelly is a natural bee product secreted from the pharyngeal glands of worker bees and used to feed the baby bees and the queen bee in the hive. Royal jelly contains important minerals such as B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6), zinc, magnesium and iron. In addition, it contains the components of royalactin, a natural protein not found in any other foodstuff, and 10-HDA, a natural organic acid.
How to Consume Royal Jelly?
Consumption Recommendation: Royal jelly can be consumed on an empty stomach, a quarter to half a teaspoon per day for children and half to 1 teaspoon for adults.
