Toprak Doğal Mulberry pestil 250g

Mulberries, which grow naturally in the Coruh valley, which is rich in biodiversity, take flavor from the different soil and climate of the region. With unique and different aromatic taste they are collected at harvest time, boiled in cauldrons, then crushed, and the juice is separated from the pulp. While the mulberry must obtained is boiled, a mixture made of wheat flour, honey and milk is slowly added and stirred continuously with shovels. When it reaches the consistency of helm, cheesecloth is spread thinly on cloths and left to dry under the sun in an airy place.
