Toprak Doğal Walnut köme 200g

Cevizli Köme, which is made with traditional methods, wild mulberries grown in the Çoruh valley are harvested in season and boiled in cauldrons. Flour, milk and honey are added to the resulting wort and cooked until it reaches a herle consistency. After the walnuts of the region are sorted and stringed one by one by hand, they are dipped into the herle mixture only once, removed and hung to dry. After this process, called one shot, the herle part remains in a thin layer and is offered for sale with at least 60% walnut ratio.
