Toprak Doğal Walnut and hazelnut kome 280g

Wild mulberries grown in the Çoruh Valley are collected in the season, boiled in cauldrons to extract their juice, flour, milk and honey are added to the must and cooked until it reaches a thick consistency. After the walnuts of the region are sorted and stringed one by one by hand, they are left to dry after being dipped in the herle mixture. This process is performed 2 times for 2 layers of herle. After adding hazelnut pieces on the last layer, dipping is done again and the product is dried by hanging it on hangers.
