The cheese, which is boiled at 72 degrees after the raw cow's milk is heated at 35 degrees and fermented with sirdan yeast, is shaped in molds. Malakan Cheese, which takes 40 days to mature and 60 days to be ready for consumption, is an extremely fatty and very delicious cheese that leaves the taste of milk and cream in the mouth.
