The unique climate and terrain conditions of Kahramanmaraş province, as well as the abundance of water resources, enable the cultivation of delicious red peppers in the region. Sweet peppers, which are collected at harvest time by adhering to traditional methods, are sorted, washed and then dried in the open air under the sun after the cutting process and left to mature for 6-7 days. The peppers, which are brought to a consistency in this way, are filled into jars by adding salt.
