PRODUCT INFORMATION: Honduran coffee, which stands out with its smooth consistency, is medium roasted and has medium acidity. Our Toucan beans, which received the SHG (Strictly High Grown) label thanks to being grown at high altitudes, consist of Caturra, Catuai and Catimor varieties grown at an altitude of 1500-1750 meters. It has notes of hazelnut, cocoa and burnt sugar. While it fits perfectly into filter coffee blends, it has a structure that stands out in milk coffees.
