Gluten and Sugar-Free Coconut Rolled Pestil - 1 kg

We cook water and mulberry molasses in our cauldrons. We add raw buckwheat flour to the mixture boiled in the cauldrons and let it cook at low temperature.

Our ready mixture is spread on industrial satin food cloths and sent to dry in our ovens for 8 hours. After our dried fruit pulps are left to rest for 1 day, they are removed from the cloth and cut into certain sizes.

The hazelnut paste we have prepared with only hazelnuts and dried white mulberries is added and wrapped in a roll and covered with coconut. Water, mulberry molasses, raw buckwheat flour, dried white mulberry, hazelnuts and coconut.

Perfect for on-the-go snacking or as a pre- or post-workout energy boost due to its combination of carbohydrates and fats.

Use as a topping for desserts like ice cream, yogurt, or pudding for added flavor and texture.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent melting or changes in texture. If necessary, refrigerate or freeze to extend shelf life.
