We cook water, mulberry molasses and date juice in our cauldrons. We add raw buckwheat flour to the mixture boiled in the cauldron and let it cook at low temperature.

Our ready mixture is spread on industrial satin food cloths and sent to dry in our ovens for 8 hours.

After our dried fruit pulp rests for 1 day, it is removed from the cloth, cut into certain sizes, and wrapped in a triangle shape by adding hazelnut paste, which we have prepared with only hazelnuts and dried white mulberries. This is how we produce healthy snacks for you and your loved ones.

We sweeten our product, which does not contain gluten and added sugar, only with mulberry molasses and dried white mulberries.
