PRODUCT INFORMATION: Coffee is grown in various regions of Guatemala, which has many microclimates. Most of the production is done by smallholder producers. Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, Catuai varieties are widely grown. In general, the intensity of cocoa, citrus fruits and roasted aromas are felt. Coffees grown at altitudes of 1300 meters and above receive the SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) label, meaning beans with high density, complexity, and high aroma and acidity potential. SHB EP grows at altitudes of 1400 meters and above. It affects with refreshing acidity. It is a special coffee consisting of coffee beans coming from the Fraijanes Region, which has volcanic soils and the Atitlan Region, famous for its excellent nature and biodiversity. It is recommended for espresso blends and adds liveliness with its aroma and acidity.
