Description

We boil water, mulberry molasses and some beet sugar in our cauldrons, add wheat flour and cook it at low temperature for a while. Our fruit pulps are laid on industrial food cloths and dried in our ovens for 8 hours.

After resting for 1 day, they are separated from the cloth on them and made ready for sale. Ingredients: Mulberry molasses, water, beet sugar, wheat flour, hazelnuts. Our product contains gluten and hazelnuts.
