Orange peels are rich in fiber, vitamins, and disease-fighting polyphenols. They also contain limonene, a chemical that may protect against skin cancer.

Using fresh orange peels, they are dried in our ovens and then grinded ,untouched by hand ,in specially contracted mills to obtain orange peel powder. Fresh orange peel contains 80% water before drying. On average, 1 kg of dried orange peel is obtained from 5 kg of fresh orange peel. Dried Orange Peel can also be sold in 2-5mm pieces.
