Folic Acid (Folacin) 400mg

It is a supplement that increases maternal folate status with 400 mcg Folic Acid content in a single tablet, which is the daily usage amount recommended by the World Health Organization.

Supplemental folic acid intake increases the mother's folate level. Low folate level is a risk factor for neural tube defects in fetal development.

Usage Suggestion

For adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime. Take with plenty of water.

Folate contributes to normal blood formation. Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.
