Toprak Doğal Walnut and hazelnut köme 200g

Walnut and Hazelnut are made into köme by collecting the fruit of the mulberry trees grown in the Çoruh valley of Artvin and using the traditional method. Wild mulberries grown in the valley are boiled in cauldrons and their must is extracted, and the must is boiled by adding flour, milk and honey. After the walnuts grown in the valley are sorted and stringed into the mixture, the cooking time is over, they are dipped twice and dried each time. After adding hazelnut pieces on the last layer, dipping is done again and the product is dried by hanging it on hangers.
