Usage

Yoga Tea Preparation suggestions: Steep 1 teaspoon in 250 ml of water at 85 °C – 100 °C for 4 minutes. The same tea can be brewed twice. The above brewing conditions are suggestions. You can adjust the brewing time to suit your taste, and for a stronger flavor, increase the amount of tea used.
