PRODUCT INFORMATION: Although coffee production started in the 1700s, the coffees produced by Peru were consumed only in the domestic market for a long time. In the late 1800s, as leaf mold spread on arabica trees in Indonesia, coffee plants were damaged and coffee production decreased. When the demand of the European market was not met, a search was started among other producing countries and Peruvian coffee was discovered! Today, it is one of the leading arabica coffee exporting countries in the world. In Peru, coffee producers generally own small farms and are members of a cooperative.

Our coffee beans, which come from the Cajamarca region of Peru, grow at altitudes of more than 1300 meters and thus have the "SHB" classification, which means "Strictly Hard Bean". In addition, it has a Grade 1 classification. It is a product consisting of complex, aromatic, premium quality beans.

We recommend those who describe their coffee taste as "mild" to try Peruvian filter coffee as soon as possible. It will take its place among your favorites.
