Description

Rose Jam:

Rose Jam is produced from the unique nature and fertile lands of Isparta province. It is made from roses that are meticulously collected in the season and only animal manure is used in their cultivation. Our rose jam, which is made in wood fire with traditional methods, does not contain any ingredient other than rose, water, lemon juice and beet sugar.

Fig Jam with Chia Seeds:

Chia, the seeds of a sage species (Salvia hispanica) that grows in the fertile lands of Mexico and Guatemala, now meets the delicious figs of Aydın. Produced without sugar and additives, 100% natural fresh fig jam gets its wonderful taste from the natural sweetness of Aydın Fig and date juice.

Uğut Dessert - Wheatgrass Marmalade:

This dessert, which is made from atalık wheat germ without added sugar, is produced with traditional methods that require extreme effort. After the wheat seeds are soaked, they are spread on a cloth, covered, and germinated by keeping them in a dark room for a certain period of time. After the germinating wheat seeds reach the ideal length, they are crushed with a hammer or a round stone and the sap is extracted. After the wheat juice obtained is thickened with flour, it is put into the cauldrons and boiled for 15-20 hours, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom.
