Olives begin to change color in September-November during their natural development, and mature by turning from green to purple and then black.

Olives collected for the first harvest are picked before they complete the ripening process, while they are still green. After washing, it is crushed and crushed in stone mills, the olive paste obtained is kneaded, then cold pressed by rinsing and pressing processes, allowing oil droplets to leak out.

The olive oil, which is rested to be separated from the black water, reaches its purest form after being filtered one last time. It is gluten free and not heat treated and not pasteurized

Apple Cider Vinegar

After the apples are pressed and turned into pure apple juice when the season comes, the process is started by adding 1/1000 mother of vinegar (yeast).

After the natural fermentation process, which takes 2-3 years on average, is finished, it is bottled and offered for sale.

Since it is natural vinegar, a gel-like residue of mother vinegar may form at the bottom of the bottle over time, it is not harmful and can be eaten.
